Support Contracts

Full Management Contract:

Due to our extensive experience and highly-skilled staff, PEG-IT is well positioned to offer a complete outsourcing solution. This option is an all-inclusive agreement, whereby PEG-IT fulfils the role of the IT manager and support personnel within the company, at a fixed monthly cost.

It includes:

  • IT risk assessment
  • Weekly site visits and preventative PC maintenance
  • Proactive and reactive support call-outs
  • Remote support
  • Hardware and software asset management
  • Software license certification
  • Continual virus protection
  • Ongoing cost-saving solutions and strategies
  • Implementation of disaster planning and recovery procedures
  • Implementation of network security policies and procedures


IT Support Contract:

In collaboration with the customer, a set amount of time-block units is agreed upon. This enables the customer to obtain experienced IT skills whilst tailoring the support to suit their budget. These units are available from a minimum of 6 hours and increase in 2-hour block units. The pricing structure is discounted from the ad hoc rates.

It includes:

Call out Contract:

This is a reactive support service, whereby consultants respond to requests from customers to resolve a particular IT issue. An hourly rate is charged and it excludes travel costs.
